Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Aryl Pontes Lyra Filho

Graduated in Agronomic Engineering from the Rural University of Pernambuco, with 49 years of experience in the sugarcane agro-industry sector.
He was the first agronomic engineer at Usina Caeté, in 1975. He held the positions of Agricultural Manager, Advisor to the Board of Directors, and Director. In 2023, he assumed the role of CEO of Usina Caeté and the presidency of the Advisory Board. He was a member of the STAB Leste board.

Araken Barbosa de Miranda Júnior

– Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting

– Postgraduate Degree in Controllership and Auditing

– 28 years of experience in the sugar and ethanol sector

– Started his professional life at the Company in 1993 as an intern

Administrative and Supply Director

Paulo Couto Ramalho de Castro

– Graduated in Law from the Center for Higher Studies of Maceió (Cesmac)

– MBA in Business Management from FGV

– 12 years of experience in the sugar-energy sector

– Started his professional life at the Company in 2012 as a civil lawyer

Agro-industrial Director

Luiz Magno Epaminondas Tenório de Brito

– Graduated in Chemical Engineering from UFPe

– Specialization in Sugar and Ethanol Technology

– 41 years in the Sugarcane Agroindustry sector. Started at the Company in 1986 as a Chemical Engineer, holding the positions of Industrial Manager, Industrial Superintendent, and Industrial Director

– Is an advisor to STAB and a member of the Energy Council of the State of Alagoas
