Statement of Clarification

Usina Caeté S/A clarifies that the Equal Pay and Remuneration Criteria Report issued by the Ministry of Labor and Employment did not observe the legal criteria established in Article 461 of the CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws), which are used to verify any Pay differences between employees who perform the same work activities.
