Final stage of the Care and Change Project takes place in Barra de São Miguel.

Last Sunday, March 1st, Usina Caeté concluded its White January activities with the final stage of the Care and Change Project. On this occasion, physical instructor Léo Lima prepared a circuit of exercises to stimulate the mind and body, in Barra de São Miguel (AL). The project aimed to promote well-being and encourage healthy habits among employees and the community of São Miguel.
“It was a very good experience and, for sure, there will be more moments like this. It’s very rewarding to see the company taking care of its employees,” highlighted employee Marluce Lima.
For physical instructor Léo Lima, it was gratifying to see the enthusiasm of the people who participated in this final stage. “It’s very important to practice physical activities, even with the rush of daily life. Seeking a better quality of life makes all the difference.”
Jacqueline Santos, Human Resources analyst, highlighted Usina Caeté’s interest in promoting social responsibility initiatives. “Through projects like this, we demonstrate our concern for our employees and the community. It was wonderful to meet each person who shared this moment with us. May everything we experienced here translate into everyday actions in our lives.”
Gabriela Lopes, Human Resources analyst, highlighted the significance the project had in the participants’ lives. “We noticed that, with each meeting, we experienced new things, in which the participants began to pay more attention to their physical and mental health. ‘Caring and Changing’ provided us with wonderful moments of knowledge exchange and encouragement for increasingly healthy practices.”
The implementation of the “Care and Change” Project reinforces Usina Caeté’s commitment to providing its employees and their families with moments of relaxation, care, and appreciation for life.
