Walking and running mark another stage of the Care and Change project in São Miguel dos Campos.

On Sunday, February 8th, Usina Caeté held another stage of the “Care and Change” project, with the third meeting taking place in the Buriti neighborhood, in the upper part of São Miguel dos Campos (AL). The program included a walk/run, highlighting the importance of sports for physical and mental well-being and encouraging the adoption of healthy habits among the participants.

The meeting included the participation of amateur athlete João Barbosa, a street runner for many years, who shared guidance on running, as well as motivating and encouraging the group during the activity.

According to Jacqueline Santos, Human Resources analyst at Caeté, the project is already showing positive results, with increased employee engagement and family participation in activities, contributing to the development of the physical, mental, and social well-being of those involved.

The next and final stage of the project will take place on the 22nd, at Centenário Square, in the center of São Miguel dos Campos, with a special gathering that will include functional activities and dance.
