Learning Program

Usina Caeté, in compliance with Law No. 1,097/2000, implemented the Apprenticeship Program, which has been developed in partnership with the National Service for Industrial Apprenticeship - Senai, the National Service for Rural Apprenticeship - Senar, the Center for Company-School Integration - CIEE, and the Pestalozzi Association of Maceió.

Over the years, courses have been held in various areas: Electromechanical Technician, Boilermaker Welder, Industrial Maintenance Electrician, Industrial Machine Maintenance Mechanic, Agricultural Mechanization, Rural Electrician, Administrative Assistant, Tractor Maintenance Mechanic, Occupational Area of ​​Administration, Apprentice in Sugarcane Cultivation, and Agricultural Machine Maintenance Mechanic.

The program has already benefited more than 490 teenagers and young people from the communities of São Miguel dos Campos, Igreja Nova and Penedo, in Alagoas, and from Paulicéia, Panorama and Santa Mercedes, in São Paulo, enabling professional training for future insertion into the job market.
